I’m a licensed massage therapist based in Boise, Idaho, offering therapeutic, results-driven bodywork focused on nervous system regulation, tension relief, and intentional care. My approach blends calming, restorative work with deep tissue, assisted stretching, and sports-informed techniques—always guided by what your body actually needs that day. This is a space to slow down, reset, and feel more at home in your body—without overwhelm or force. My goal is for you to leave feeling more regulated, more connected, and noticeably better. Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and unexpected situations can come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows are charged the full service price.
If you’re feeling sick or experiencing an emergency, please reach out — I’m happy to waive the cancellation fee in those situations. Your health and well-being always come first.
